Jessica is extremely professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable and I recommend her highly for working on your computers. She works with me remotely and this is such a gift to be able to get up and running again quickly. I run a small business on my computer and she has solved many issues and helped me to get more organized. Also, she is great at explaining the issues and walking me through processes which allow me to be more organized and productive!

I am delighted to leave a review for Einstein Computer Solutions Orlando. I live out of state and searched online to find someone who could help my mother who lives in Orlando with her computer problems. After reading reviews from different companies I contacted Einstein Computer Solutions. I spoke with Jessica and after getting my concerns addressed, set up a time for her to come to my mother's home to 'get her email fixed'. Which Jessica did. Jessica called me back to explain that while she was able to get her email working, my mother's computer was infected with 30+ cases of spyware that would cause more problems in short order. She recommended a deep cleaning ASAP. We arranged for Jessica to pick up the computer at the end of the day to perform a deep cleaning and install good antivirus and anti-spyware protection. Jessica arrived on time to pick it up and to return it in the morning. I could not be more pleased.
