After experiencing the frustration of technology herself, owner Jessica Johnson, set out to learn an easier way. She attended technical school a received her A+ Certification in 2006. Jessica then managed and was Lead Technician for All Computer Center in Pompano Beach, Florida for 3 years before leaving to start her own business.
While helping residential and small business customers she learned quickly the different ways each individual experiences technology. Some love it and others really don't! From feelings of frustration and anger to intimidation; technology can raise blood pressure, waste peoples time, make someone irritable and more.
